Your first 14 days
Ask within 14 days of your first purchase and we’ll refund all of it. That goes for monthly, yearly and lifetime plans. No forms, no questions you have to answer.
What isn’t refunded
- Renewals. Cancel before your plan renews if you don’t want to be charged again.
- Devices you add to a plan you already have.
- Accounts or businesses we close for sharing content they aren’t licensed to share. See our acceptable use policy.
Cancelling
You can cancel anytime from your plan page. Your plan keeps working until the end of the time you’ve already paid for, then stops, and you won’t be charged again.
Switching to a lifetime plan
If you switch from a monthly or yearly plan to paying once, we refund the time you haven’t used. You’ll see the exact amount before you confirm.
How to ask
Email [email protected] from the address on your account. Refunds go back to the card you paid with, and usually show up in 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
